There is an application fee of $40 per person to cover processing and background/credit check fees. We do not accept outside credit reports. Fees may be paid via Venmo to @twotofour

Gather photo copies of your Driver's License and/or photo I.D., as well as your Social Security Card. Please take close up photos, front and back, of your I.D. as well as a photo of yourself holding it up next to your face (no masks please). Selfie time!

Gather your 3 most recent paystubs and 3 most recent bank statements. A strong application should show a monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent (combined is okay if roommates or families).

It is not required, but we highly recommend writing a friendly cover letter (sent as a PDF or as part of your email, no Word Docs please) explaining who you are, what you do, and why you love this apartment!
